Wars and Broken Bones

It's been an exciting week in Eve. We were wardec'd by a mercenary corp who had hoped to extort money. In return they would leave us alone.....We successfully paid them off in missiles and ammo :) All I can say is, except for a few exceptional heart-pounding moments, war is very boring.

Dan had a bit if excitement yesterday. He went out biking in the morning and managed to throw himself down a mountain. He seperated his shoulder (grade 3) whilst performing what witnesses called "a very cool looking sudden stop". He drove on his front tire for ten seconds before going over the bars and landed on his shoulder going into a roll. The bike landed on top of him. (click picture to enlarge)

He shoulder hurts almost as bad as the 5 hours we spent "fast tracked" at the hospital.
